About Premier Concierge

Premier Concierge is a locally owned concierge service serving University of Florida students, faculty, and Gainesville residents. We know that life moves fast, and between classes, work, and family it is easy to fall behind on errands, home upkeep, and travel plans. Premier Concierge was created to be the one call you can make for dependable help with the tasks that eat up your week, delivered by a team that shows up on time and does the job right.

We offer a focused set of services rather than trying to do everything. Our transportation team provides safe, on-time rides to and from Gainesville Regional, Orlando International, and Jacksonville airports, along with shared group rides when schedules align. For students moving in or out of dorms and apartments, our moving crew handles loading, transport, and unloading — including moves in and out of storage units. Our handyman service covers furniture assembly, TV mounting, and small repairs, so a new apartment feels like home quickly.

Beyond transportation and moving, Premier Concierge keeps homes and vehicles in order. We offer recurring apartment and house cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule, yard care and lawn maintenance, house painting, and pressure washing for driveways, patios, and siding. For students who store a car during the semester, our recurring car-starting service keeps the battery healthy without you having to be there. Every appointment is booked, scheduled, and tracked through our app, with clear pricing, deposit, and balance information up front.
